The location was perfect, just off San Marco Square. Staff was helpful. Beautiful building with gondolas in front. Good value for the price.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Piazza San Marco. My room had a fine view of the Basin Orseolo, where the gondolas were kept. The classic Venetian-style room with a Murano chandelier added to the charm. The daily room cleaning and replenished toiletries were a nice touch. The continental breakfast offered a good selection of meats, cheeses, and croissants. But the highlight of my stay were the ground floor balconies that overlooked the basin. I spent my evenings there, sipping white wine recommended by the smartly dressed barman, and watching the gondolas glide by. I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location and wonderful service.

This place is amazing! It is located right behind the famous square and next to the main gondola harbour. The staff at the reception desk are very friendly and are available 24 hours a day to assist with room service, medical facilities, laundry, and tours. The rooms are very clean and have a variety of amenities such as air conditioning, refrigerator, and in-room safe. The breakfast buffet has many options to choose from. You can also enjoy drinks and snacks at the lobby bar.
